Slow cooker Chili with Printable recipe

I’m going to tell you now, if you’re looking for fancy gourmet recipes… You are in the wrong place. I don’t love to cook, so all of my recipes are generally quick and EASY. This easy slow cooker Chili is one of those comforting, dump-and-go meals that saves busy days. It’s hearty, protein-packed, and incredibly versatile. Customize it with your favorite add-ins and let your slow cooker do the work! I use my “beautiful” brand slow cooker, which I absolutely love. It is not only beautiful, it has a setting specifically for Chili.

Ingredients


1 can black beans, drained

1 can kidney beans, drained

1 can tomato sauce

1 can diced tomatoes

1 lb ground meat

1/4 cup taco seasoning

2 large cloves garlic, smashed 2 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

1/2 yellow onion, chopped

Directions

1. Add all ingredients to your slow cooker.

2. Stir everything together until well combined.

3. Add optional ingredients such as chickpeas, corn, or bell peppers if desired. 

4. Cook on the chili setting or on low for 2 hours.

5. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.

Serving Suggestions

Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, avocado slices, or fresh cilantro. Serve with cornbread, tortilla chips, or over baked potatoes for a filling meal.

            I had the opportunity to visit Evans Acres Mini farm today with my kids. The farm has a mini festival going on today and tomorrow. Do Norwex Cleanser cloths really cure acne???

  I think by now Norwex has been out long enough that we have all heard of it, but just in case.... Norwex is a MLM company that has distributors who promote a more natural way of cleaning. You basically switch from using chemical cleaners in your house to using these cloths infused with "mico-silver". I'm 100% behind this idea of getting rid of harmful chemicals in our homes.
