My Super Quick and Easy Corn Bread

Lets Get right to it because no one likes to read super long blogs just to get to the recipe   Easy Homemade Cornbread Ingredients: 1 cup flour (gluten-free optional) 1 cup cornmeal 2/3 cup white sugar 1 tsp salt 3 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 egg 1 cup milk ( baking powder optional) 1/3 cup vegetable oil ( olive oil optional) Directions: Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease an 8x8 inch pan ( coconut oil optional). In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Stir in egg, milk, and oil until well combined. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Nutrition Facts (Approximate per serving, 1/9 pan): Calories: 240 Total Fat: 10g Carbohydrates: 36g Protein: 3g Sodium: 450mg Fiber: 2g Nutritional values are estimates and may vary based on specific ingredients used.
